Marketplace Rules
1. All users must be an active member of Facebook group Colt Firearm Fanatics. Click here to join if you are not already a member.
2. You must register with Facebook or Google account in the marketplace in order to buy/sell/trade online. Email registrations can browse, however, cannot list items for sale.
3. Auctions are only permitted in the auction section of the marketplace or in VIP private actions for registered members.
4. The first member in a marketplace listing to write "I'll take it" is making a 100% commitment to the purchase of the item. No excuses will be tolerated for failing to follow through with a transaction and will result in dismissal from the group.
5. All sales are between buyer and seller and have nothing to do with coltfirearmfanatics.com Any problems with transactions are between buyer and seller.
6. By participating, buyer's and sellers agree to abide by all local, state and federal laws when engaging in the sale of firearms.
7. Only firearm related items are allowed in the marketplace. Please keep items in the appropriate group.
8. No profanity, vulgarity or obscene material allowed.
9. Your listing must include the price in the title and description.
10. You are at least 18 years or older.
